Foundree focuses on supporting individuals returning from parental leave as well as companies that aim to build a people-centered organizational culture. The visual identity and communication were designed to balance professionalism with empathy — creating a space where the audience feels supported and understood. The goal of the project was not only to ensure aesthetic consistency but also to build a strong and recognizable brand presence in the digital space.
Challenges
As part of my collaboration with Foundree, I was responsible for developing the brand’s complete visual identity and designing and implementing its website. The project included creating the logo, developing a cohesive visual concept, and preparing an intuitive interface and information architecture. The website was built to ensure clarity, responsiveness, and easy navigation — effectively communicating the brand’s values to both employers and working parents.
